Age Verification & Strict Delivery Compliance (NIX18)
At Lucignolo Limoncello, we sell alcoholic products and strictly comply with all Dutch legal requirements regarding age restrictions (Alcoholwet):
1. By placing an order with us, you confirm and legally warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
2. All packages containing alcohol are shipped via PostNL using the mandatory "18+ Age Check" service.
3. Upon delivery, the courier is legally required to verify a valid physical ID (Passport, Identity Card, or Driving License). The package will not be delivered if valid proof of age cannot be provided, or if no adult is present. Delivery to neighbors is strictly prohibited.
