Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products and the location to which the order is being shipped. The final shipping cost will be displayed transparently at checkout.
Delivery Time
While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, the delivery time will depend on the destination and the time of order placement. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days. We will provide you with an automated tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

Packaging
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Each bottle of Lucignolo Limoncello is securely packed in specialized, break-resistant boxes to prevent any damage during transit. Please note: For orders exceeding 6 bottles, an additional shipping configuration applies as we securely pack up to 6 bottles per reinforced box. Thank you for understanding!
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your direct tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's portal until it reaches your doorstep.
Mandatory Age Verification upon Delivery (NIX18 Compliance)
At Lucignolo Limoncello, we sell alcoholic products and strictly comply with all national and European legal requirements regarding age restrictions:
1. By placing an order with us, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
2. All orders containing alcohol are sent via specialized age-verified shipping services (such as PostNL 18+ Leeftijdscheck).
3. Upon arrival, the delivery courier is legally required to check a valid physical ID (Passport, EU Identity Card, or Driving License) to verify that the recipient is 18 years or older.
4. The package will not be delivered if valid proof of age cannot be shown, or if there is no adult present at the address.
5. Under strict compliance laws, delivery to neighbors or unattended safe drops are prohibited for alcohol shipments. If delivery fails, the package will be routed to the nearest official parcel point for personal, ID-verified collection.
